Refund requests must be received prior to October 15, 2008 and will be subject to a 20% service charge. No refunds will be available after October 15, 2008.
A late registration fee of $25.00 will be charged after October 15, 2008.

The submission deadline is June 15, 2008. The invitation and application procedures are now available. All applications require a completed Diectory Information and Binder form.
